My name is Ayoub Algoushah. I'm a bilingual professional — Arabic and English — currently based in Vienna, Austria. I have over two years of experience in hospitality at the Grand Hotel Vienna, where I worked as Commis de Rang and developed strong service, communication, and multitasking skills. Alongside this, I've been independently building IT and web development skills — working with React, Node.js, Docker, and cloud infrastructure. S: During a high-season weekend at Grand Hotel Vienna, a large VIP group arrived simultaneously with a technical issue affecting the reservation system. T: I had to coordinate guest check-in manually while assisting colleagues and keeping guests informed calmly. A: I created a temporary manual log, communicated clearly with the front desk team, and prioritized VIP guests. I also quickly researched and flagged the potential tech fix to management. R: All guests were checked in with minimal delay. Management praised the team's composure. This taught me that combining calm communication with technical problem-solving delivers results under pressure.

S: In der Hochsaison im Grand Hotel Vienna traf eine große VIP-Gruppe gleichzeitig mit einem technischen Problem des Reservierungssystems ein. T: Ich musste den Check-in manuell koordinieren und gleichzeitig Kollegen unterstützen sowie Gäste ruhig informieren. A: Ich erstellte ein temporäres manuelles Protokoll, kommunizierte klar mit der Rezeption und priorisierte VIP-Gäste. Ich habe auch schnell eine mögliche technische Lösung recherchiert und dem Management gemeldet. R: Alle Gäste wurden mit minimaler Verzögerung eingecheckt. Das Management lobte die Ruhe des Teams. Das hat mir gezeigt, dass die Kombination aus ruhiger Kommunikation und technischem Problemlösen unter Druck Ergebnisse liefert.

I have hands-on experience with full-stack web development (JavaScript, React, Node.js), containerization with Docker, cloud infrastructure management on Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, and Contabo, as well as workflow automation using n8n. I've integrated multiple APIs including OpenAI, and I'm comfortable with Linux server administration, SSH, Nginx, PostgreSQL, and SSL configuration. I've built several personal projects including news aggregation systems and Telegram bots. I'm a fast learner and adapt quickly to new tools and environments.

I communicate clearly in multilingual environments (Arabic, English, learning German). I'm solution-focused and stay calm under pressure, as demonstrated in demanding service environments.

Weakness (with growth): I can sometimes focus so deeply on solving a technical problem that I lose track of time. I've been addressing this by using time-boxing techniques and task management tools to structure my work sessions more effectively.
